The IT Support Services Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing IT support operations, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues, and leading a team to provide high-quality IT assistance to users.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee IT support services to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues
Lead and coordinate IT support team to provide timely assistance to users
Develop and implement IT support policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and hardware
Provide technical guidance and training to staff
Requirements
Proven experience in providing IT support services, demonstrating the ability to manage and resolve technical issues effectively
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or related roles
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across a variety of devices and platforms
Excellent communication skills to interact with users and technical teams clearly and effectively
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are required
Experience leading or managing IT support teams or projects is mandatory
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to lift and move computer equipment and peripherals as needed
Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional after-hours support
