Key Responsibilities
Handle vehicle dispatch, record keeping, and contract management
Manage hotel bookings, locker and uniform distribution, and canteen operations
Organize company events
Oversee security, housekeeping, and waste treatment at the factory
Purchase supplies for factory maintenance, ESD uniforms, and office needs
Requirements
1 to 2 years of working experience at a similar position.
Basic English language communication skills.
Good office computer skills.
Graduates with a university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Understanding of administrative procedures.
Able to work 48 hours per week.
Able to work in an office environment.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
