The QC Engineer assists the QC supervisor in managing the quality control team, analyzing defects, improving production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards through documentation, training, and participation in related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist QC supervisor in managing the Quality Control team.
Coordinate with production engineering to analyze defects and improve production processes.
Manage documentation, including sending, receiving, and filing QC-related documents.
Oversee attendance management of QC personnel.
Prepare quality instructions and training materials.
Train new employees in quality management procedures.
Maintain 6S standards in the work area.
Participate in and support ISO9001, ISO14001, and IPC 610 related activities and training.
Requirements
More than 2 years of relevant work experience in quality management.
A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
English language skills at a basic communication level.
Ability to work 48 hours per week.
Ability to work in an office and production area.
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, meetings, and other activities organized by PD or the company.
