Job Description
The Senior Test Engineer is responsible for managing testing station irregularities, monitoring production efficiency, maintaining equipment, analyzing issues, and supporting new product transfers in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle irregularities related to testing stations temporarily
- Adjust, manage, maintain, and repair equipment on the soldering line
- Analyze and track arising problems
- Monitor UPH and UPPH of production lines
- Analyze and improve the UPPH index
- Support layout, program setup, and transfer of new products
- Report issues to the department head
Requirements
- More than 3 years of working experience.
- Good at English communication skills.
- Experience in FCT machine, programming machine, and product error analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
