Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing documentation, training new employees, overseeing attendance, maintaining quality and 6S standards, and coordinating production activities in both office and production areas, while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage document flow and filing within the production department
- Oversee attendance management of production personnel
- Conduct training for new employees before they enter the production area
- Maintain 6S standards in the work environment
- Implement and execute production tasks using the ERP system
- Ensure compliance with company and department rules and regulations
- Report production issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Participate in ISO and OHSAS related activities and training
- Prepare monthly production balance and quality statistics
- Assist in workforce planning based on production department schedules
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a production environment.
- Proficiency in English with listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; knowledge of Chinese language skills is also required.
- Experience in using ERP systems is a plus.
