Job Description
The Final Assembly Technician is responsible for handling irregularities in the assembly line to ensure product quality, including equipment maintenance, problem analysis, and training assembly workers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle abnormal problems in assembly production to ensure product quality
- Adjust equipment, manage maintenance, and perform assembly line maintenance
- Analyze and track issues in assembly line production
- Track modified and reworked parts of the assembly line
- Patrol the assembly line, instruct workers on operations, and handle unusual activities
- Train assembly workers on operational procedures
Requirements
- Candidates must have more than 2 years of working experience.
- Candidates must have a good command of English language, including all 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Candidates must have graduated from intermediate schools, colleges, or universities majoring in electricity - electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or related fields.
- Candidates must be physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
