Job Description
A Scrum Master Project Coordinator responsible for overseeing agile development teams, managing project workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions while coordinating with international developers and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project teams to ensure timely achievement of program goals
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with business owners and development teams technically and functionally
- Coach team members to improve performance and Agile practices
- Host daily stand-up meetings to coordinate team activities
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
- Remove roadblocks to facilitate progress
- Organize and define policies, processes, and procedures
- Manage Azure DevOps application and oversee Agile development cycles
- Define sprints, update workflows, and document tasks
- Conduct code reviews and manage pipeline iterations
- Manage test cases, quality assurance, and testing documentation
- Communicate issues, risks, and delays to keep Agile processes on track
- Maintain a Black Book for developed products
Requirements
- Graduated ups the ranks in a development career path and is looking to take the leap to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
- Strong talent for project coordination, working with developers internationally and internal departmental business owners.
- Experience overseeing project teams, ensuring program goals are reached on time.
- Ability to maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
- Experience strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Ability to work with business owners and developer teams technically and functionally.
- Proven coaching skills for team members.
- Experience hosting daily stand-up meetings.
- Ability to manage the product backlog.
- Skill in removing roadblocks to project progress.
- Experience organizing and defining policies, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to manage the Azure DevOps application and an agile development cycle, including defining sprints, updating and documenting workflow and tasks.
- Experience running code reviews and managing pipeline iteration.
- Ability to manage test cases, quality assurance, testing, and documenting developed tasks, stories, features, and epics in Azure DevOps.
- Skill in keeping the agile process moving and communicating issues, risks, and delays.
- Experience managing a Black Book for developed products.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SDK products.
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a development position.
- Ability to read and write code.
