The Real Estate Counsel will provide legal expertise related to real estate investments in renewable energy and digital infrastructure projects, supporting acquisitions and asset management for a leading investment company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions related to renewable energy and digital infrastructure assets
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for property acquisitions, leases, and other real estate dealings
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in real estate transactions across the U.S. and Europe
Requirements
Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably with a focus on renewable energy, digital infrastructure, or related sectors.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, and development of real estate assets.
Have experience advising on legal issues related to wind and solar energy projects, communication towers, wireless sites, and enterprise data centers.
Possess excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Be able to review, draft, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Be familiar with legal regulations and compliance requirements in the United States and Europe related to real estate and infrastructure projects.
