Job Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for initiating contact with potential real estate investment leads, setting qualified appointments, and supporting company growth through relationship building and pipeline management, primarily via phone communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of leads and schedule calls between property owners and Account Managers.
  • Meet performance targets related to call setting and deal progression.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure its health and sustainability.
  • Provide feedback to improve data mining, CRM workflows, and marketing processes.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to enhance market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of financial concepts such as IRR and NPV.
  • Some college education or equivalent professional experience required.
  • Ability to manage a personal pipeline of origination leads and schedule calls between property owners and Account Managers.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets related to call setting and deal progression.
  • Actively monitor and manage the origination waterfall to maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes such as data mining, CRM workflows, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product development to support a competitive market position.
