Job Description
A Key Account Manager responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of renewable energy investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Build and develop a sales pipeline by engaging prospective clients using a consultative approach
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closings
- Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline
- Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to stay competitive in the market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
- At least 4 years of experience in B2C sales
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation skills required, with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
- Ability to manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Ability to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and employ a consultative approach to clients considering a ground lease buy-out
- Ability to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings
- Rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of sales pipeline
- Contribute user-experience input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position
- Familiarity with real estate closing process (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience originating or developing within renewables, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, or mineral rights acquisition (preferred but not mandatory)
- High level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team and company culture

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
