Job Description
The Key Account Manager at Unison is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating relationships with property owners, and closing deals to support the company's growth in telecom and renewables infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
- Build and develop relationships with prospective clients and property owners.
- Achieve and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and pipeline health.
- Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain competitive market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
- Experience managing a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
- Ability to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline using a consultative approach
- Ability to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings
- Rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of the sales pipeline
- Contribute input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position
- Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
