Job Description

The Key Account Manager at Unison is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating relationships with property owners, and closing deals to support the company's growth in telecom and renewables infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients and property owners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to lead origination and closings.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline.
  • Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and product development to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
