The Key Account Manager at Unison is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating relationships with property owners, and closing deals to support the company's growth in telecom and renewables infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
Build and develop relationships with prospective clients and property owners.
Achieve and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and pipeline health.
Contribute to origination processes through data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Support strategic initiatives and product development to maintain competitive market positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales
Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
Exceptional negotiation skills with experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
Experience managing a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing
Ability to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline using a consultative approach
Ability to achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings
Rigorously monitor personal origination waterfall activity to ensure health and stability of the sales pipeline
Contribute input to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives
Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position
Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
