The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
Build and develop a sales pipeline by establishing relationships with prospective clients using a consultative approach.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closing of deals.
Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline through activity tracking.
Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
Support strategic initiatives and product development to ensure competitive market positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer B2C sales
Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
Exceptional negotiation skills
Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
Familiarity with real estate closing process is preferred
Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is preferred
Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries is preferred
Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
