Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of real estate investment leads, cultivating client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.
  • Build and develop a sales pipeline by establishing relationships with prospective clients using a consultative approach.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination and closing of deals.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the sales pipeline through activity tracking.
  • Contribute to origination processes, including data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
  • Support strategic initiatives and product development to ensure competitive market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience in business to consumer B2C sales
  • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close
  • Familiarity with real estate closing process is preferred
  • Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV is preferred
  • Experience originating within commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in-country without visa sponsorship
