Job Description
A Data Researcher responsible for collecting, entering, and managing data from various sources to support the company's infrastructure investment activities, ensuring accuracy and timely updates while collaborating with the team in a flexible, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
- Perform administrative data entry tasks on a daily basis
- Monitor progress to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Assist the team with answering data queries and updating records
- Support site management with duties to accommodate changing demands
Requirements
- Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
- Performing data entry and data administration tasks including data entry
- Monitoring of progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
- Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively balance speaking in Spanish and in English
- Work hours are flexible, with some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls
