Job Description
A detail-oriented Data Researcher responsible for collecting, entering, and managing data from various sources to support the company's infrastructure investment operations, with a focus on accuracy and collaboration in a flexible, bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system
- Perform daily administrative tasks related to data entry and management
- Monitor progress to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Assist the team with answering data queries and updating records
- Support site management with duties that facilitate changing operational demands
Requirements
- Accurate collection of data from various sources and entry in CRM system
- Performing data entry and data administration tasks including data entry
- Monitoring of progress to ensure meeting of daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Supporting the team with answering data queries and updating records as required
- Ability to organize own workload and achieve deadlines
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
- Demonstrable professional approach and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively balance speaking in Spanish and in English
- Willingness to work in an hourly contracted position with flexible work hours, including some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls
