Job Description
A Data Research Intern responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and providing insights on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data in Portugal, with a focus on supporting decision-making and strategic planning through data management and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations
- Deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data
- Collaborate with the team to source and compile essential information and contacts
- Scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements
- Expertise in data related to Portugal.
- Familiarity with how the real estate and cadastral data processes work.
- Experience working with the telecoms industry or working with municipalities to obtain critical information.
- Passion for data and problem-solving.
- Ability to provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations.
- Ability to deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data.
- Experience collaborating with a team to source and compile essential information and contacts.
- Ability to scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
