Job Description
A Data Research Consultant responsible for providing insights and guidance on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data in Austria, with a focus on navigating ownership processes, sourcing critical information, and supporting strategic decision-making in a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations
- Deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data
- Collaborate with the team to source and compile essential information and contacts
- Scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning
Requirements
- Expertise in data related to Austria.
- Familiarity with how real estate and cadastral data processes work.
- Experience with the telecoms industry or working with municipalities to obtain critical information is preferred.
- Ability to provide guidance on navigating ownership processes and related regulations.
- Ability to deliver insights and intelligence on real estate, cadastral, and industry-specific data.
- Experience collaborating with teams to source and compile essential information and contacts.
- Ability to scale data effectively to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a strong advantage.
