Job Description
The Acquisitions Director will lead efforts in identifying, evaluating, and executing asset acquisitions in the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors to support the company's growth and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential telecom and renewables infrastructure assets for acquisition
- Lead negotiations and due diligence processes for potential acquisitions
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to support company growth
Requirements
- Experience in acquisitions within the telecom and renewables infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of successfully managing acquisition processes and closing deals
- Strong understanding of investment analysis, valuation, and due diligence in infrastructure assets
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets in the U.S. and Europe
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant educational background in finance, business, or related fields (implied but not explicitly stated)
