Key Responsibilities
Develop and train large-scale foundational machine learning models, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and benchmarking.
Conduct hands-on experimentation with generative machine learning techniques.
Build models that represent human beliefs, preferences, and cognition, especially as they change over time.
Integrate behavioral science, Human-Computer Interaction, and advanced machine learning to support behavior change related to reducing carbon emissions.
Requirements
Expertise in large-scale foundational model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and benchmarking.
Strong research track record in machine learning, demonstrated through publications or equivalent evidence.
Hands-on experimentation skills in developing and deploying foundational models.
Experience operating at the forefront of generative machine learning and human behavior modeling.
Ability to build models that represent human beliefs, preferences, and cognition as they change over time.
Proficiency in developing AI systems that support behavior change, such as reducing carbon emissions, by integrating behavioral science, Human-Computer Interaction, and advanced machine learning.
Substantial experience in developing and deploying machine learning models relevant to social science and generative AI applications.
