Design and build data systems to support advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-driven research.
Define data flow processes from fragmented sources to reliable datasets for predictive modeling and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with ML researchers, technical leads, and research scientists to translate research needs into robust data systems.
Partner with Toyota stakeholders on data access, governance, and usage policies.
Requirements
Design and build data systems that support advanced analytics, forecasting, and AI-driven research across the Carbon Neutral Strategy (CNS) team.
Define how data flows through the team, from fragmented sources to reliable datasets used in predictive modeling, scenario analysis, and LLM-enabled workflows.
Partner with ML researchers, technical leads, and research scientists at TRI to translate evolving research needs into robust data systems.
Collaborate with Toyota partners on data access, governance, and use.
Balance strong engineering fundamentals with the flexibility to support rapid research iteration in a fast-evolving AI and sustainability landscape.
