Job Description

A Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing and building the foundational data infrastructure and tools that support autonomy research and development workflows, including large-scale data pipelines, feature stores, labeling systems, and diagnostics for machine learning and simulation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build foundational data infrastructure and tools for autonomy research and development workflows
Develop large-scale data ingestion pipelines
Create and maintain structured feature stores
Implement labeling infrastructure for data annotation
Develop scene search and data discovery tools
Create performance diagnostics for machine learning and simulation workflows

Requirements

Design and build the foundational data infrastructure and tools that power autonomy research and development workflows, including large-scale ingestion pipelines, structured feature stores, labeling infrastructure, scene search and data discovery tools, and performance diagnostics for machine learning and simulation workflows.
Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure for machine learning and autonomous vehicle research.
Proficiency in designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines, feature stores, and data labeling infrastructure.
Ability to develop scene search and data discovery tools to facilitate research workflows.
Experience with performance diagnostics related to machine learning and simulation workflows.
Strong technical skills with a focus on data engineering, including relevant open-source contributions or technical project write-ups.
Educational background in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related disciplines (implied by the seniority and technical nature of the role).
