Job Description
The Senior Project Manager Engineer at TKDA leads and manages water resource projects focused on stormwater control, flood management, and water quality improvement, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop sustainable, cost-effective solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage water resource projects related to stormwater control, drainage, and management systems.
- Design, model, and develop stormwater infrastructure solutions that balance cost, environmental impact, and maintenance needs.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure project success.
- Shape sustainable and innovative solutions to address clients' water resource challenges.
- Ensure projects are optimized for sustainability, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Experience driving innovative water resource projects as either a Project Manager or Engineer.
- Ability to shape sustainable solutions for clients' most pressing challenges and lead with expertise to make a meaningful environmental impact.
- Experience in designing, modeling, and developing storm water drainage and management systems.
- Experience working on projects related to stormwater control measures, flood control, water quality enhancement, and wetland, lake, and river protection.
- Ability to work on projects for DOT, county, city, Class I railroad projects nationwide, and private clients nationwide.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with in-office presence on Monday and Friday and WFH on Tuesday through Thursday.
- Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
