Job Description

The Lead Water-Wastewater Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership, design, and project management for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including planning, design, rehabilitation, and construction administration, while mentoring team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, design innovation, and mentorship on water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Manage end-to-end project services including planning, design, rehabilitation, and construction administration.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver municipal and industrial water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain PE license within a specified timeframe.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure project design, planning, and construction administration.
Experience providing end-to-end services on municipal and industrial drinking water, wastewater collection and treatment, and stormwater systems.
Proven ability to serve as a technical lead, design innovator, and mentor on water and wastewater projects.
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure design standards, regulations, and best practices.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, and architecture professionals.
Ability to work in or relocate to Bloomington, MN, or other specified offices (Milwaukee, Downers Grove, Duluth).
