Job Description
A Senior Project Manager in Civil Engineering specializing in airfield airport, transportation, municipal, or site development projects, responsible for client management, project execution, and business development within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage airfield, transportation, municipal, and site development projects
- Develop and deliver proposals and client presentations
- Cultivate and maintain client and agency relationships
- Track prospective business opportunities
- Collaborate with division leaders and project managers to enhance services and reputation
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Professional Engineer Project Manager with expertise in airfield airport, transportation, municipal, and/or site development projects and client management.
- Ability to develop proposals, deliver client presentations, and cultivate and maintain relations with clients and agency representatives.
- Experience tracking prospective opportunities and contributing to the development of marketing plans.
- Willingness to collaborate with leaders and project managers within the Aviation division to advance services and enhance reputation.
- Ability to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Completion of a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
