Job Description
The Senior Professional Water Wastewater Engineer will lead the design and management of complex water treatment and infrastructure projects, from concept to construction, while driving business development and representing the firm in Milwaukee's growing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept to construction.
- Drive business development in the water wastewater sector.
- Represent the company and build its reputation in Milwaukee.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver water and wastewater projects.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience leading complex public and private water projects, with the ability to shape project strategy from concept to construction.
- Have the ability to design municipal treatment facilities, private development systems, treatment plants, and pump stations.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Have the ability to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Complete and pass a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history, upon acceptance of a conditional offer of employment.
