Job Description
A Senior Professional Water-Wastewater Engineer responsible for leading the design and management of complex water projects, mentoring junior staff, driving project strategy from concept to construction, and representing the firm in industry events within a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of municipal treatment facilities and private water systems.
- Manage project strategy from concept through construction.
- Mentor and guide junior engineering staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Drive business development and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Complete and pass any background, security, motor vehicle record (MVR), or drug test requests required by TKDA, clients, and applicable state and/or federal agencies based on project assignments.
- Complete a standard pre-employment background screening, which consists of Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
- Have the ability to travel frequently throughout the country for project assignments.
- Possess a strong civil engineering background with experience in water-wastewater projects or related fields.
- Have experience leading complex public and private water projects.
- Design municipal treatment facilities and private development systems.
- Shape project strategy from concept to construction.
- Mentor the next generation of talent in water-wastewater engineering.
- Drive business development related to water-wastewater projects.
- Represent the company at industry events.
