A Senior Professional Civil Engineer responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, and delivering diverse civil engineering projects from design through construction in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project teams as a project manager from preliminary design through construction
Mentor junior engineers
Work directly with clients to develop engineering solutions
Design and manage stormwater management systems
Design utility infrastructure for various projects
Manage corporate campus development projects
Collaborate with Market Managers to build and maintain client relationships
Requirements
Possess a Professional Civil Engineer license (PE) in the state of Minnesota or be eligible to obtain one.
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil site design, project management, and client collaboration.
Demonstrate experience leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Have experience working directly with clients on projects from preliminary design through construction.
Possess strong skills in stormwater management, utility infrastructure design, and campus development projects.
Be able to complete a standard pre-employment background screening, including Social Security verification, educational verification, review of criminal convictions, and driving history.
