Job Description
The Project Manager, Equipment Delivery Management (EDM) serves as the primary interface between the project organization and Supply Chain for assigned critical equipment packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, supply chain, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, supply chain oversight, or equipment delivery on major capital programs, with demonstrated cost account management or EVMS experience.
- Experience on nuclear, energy, defense, or heavy industrial capital projects strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of earned value management systems (EVMS), EV metric calculation, EAC development, and variance analysis.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, contract administration, SCR review, and procurement change control.
- Familiarity with integrated master scheduling and milestone governance across complex, multi-year programs.
- Strong analytical skills; able to identify performance trends, assess project impact, and prepare clear, defensible documentation for leadership review.
- Effective communicator and collaborator; able to manage relationships with Supply Chain, Engineering, EPC, Operations, and PMO counterparts and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
- The successful candidate will possess a high degree of trust and integrity, communicate openly and display respect, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to team accountability and project success.
- This position is subject to qualification requirements in accordance with ANSI/ANS 3.1. Candidates must meet the minimum education and experience criteria applicable to the role, including relevant nuclear industry experience where required.
