Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operational support of TerraPower facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicle for deliveries or site work (valid driver’s license required).
- Support other Facilities team members as needed and maintain accurate service and repair records.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Facilities Maintenance, Building Systems, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance.
- Certificate in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance in a commercial, industrial, or institutional environment.
