Requirements
- Current, unrestricted CNM licensure; national certification through AMCB required
- IBCLC certification required
- Experience in telehealth or digital health
- A passion for personalized, whole-body care and a genuine belief that technology can close the gaps women face in pregnancy and postpartum healthcare
- Excellent interpersonal skills that translate into a digital care environment, with ability to build trust and engagement
- Ability to balance clinical rigor with a strong focus on member empowerment, behavioral change, and motivational support
- Hard-working and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A strong commitment to data security and privacy
