Job Description
The Strategy Ops Associate supports the General Manager by using data to inform strategic decisions, developing plans, and driving execution to scale the growth of Sword Health's Academy product, which provides expert-led health education to members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in shaping and evolving the strategy for Academy.
- Use data to inform decision-making and develop structured plans from ideas.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Support the scaling and growth of Academy by ensuring measurable impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate strategic projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in a highly strategic and cross-functional role, with the ability to use data to inform decisions, turn ideas into structured plans, and drive execution across teams to ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Ability to help shape and evolve strategy within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse, global team.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ideas into structured plans and drive execution.
- Proficiency in English, as indicated by the availability of an English class.
- Experience working in or understanding of health, education, or related sectors is preferred but not explicitly stated as mandatory.
- Understanding of or experience with product strategy, especially in a health or AI-driven environment, is preferred but not explicitly required.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment with flexible working hours.
