Job Description
A Strategic Finance FP&A Senior Associate responsible for supporting organizational decision-making through financial modeling, performance analysis, and strategic insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to enhance financial planning and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver financial insights
- Build financial models to analyze business performance
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Requirements
- Possess a strong analytical and financial modeling skill set with the ability to analyze business performance and build financial models.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience supporting strategic and operational decision-making across an organization.
- Experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or similar role.
- Ability to work remotely and independently with flexible working hours.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
