Job Description
A Senior Growth Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate demand and engagement for Sword Intelligence's AI-driven healthcare tools, focusing on reaching healthcare decision-makers through campaigns, events, and automation to drive leads and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert thought leadership, events, and momentum into measurable demand
- Identify and reach the appropriate healthcare decision-makers
- Design growth systems and automate prospecting processes
- Experiment with marketing strategies to determine effective approaches
- Drive engagement, generate leads, and build sales pipeline through campaigns and events
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in designing growth systems, automating prospecting, and experimenting to identify effective strategies for driving demand.
- Ability to turn thought leadership, events, and momentum into measurable demand, including defining how to reach healthcare decision-makers.
- Experience in managing podcasts, webinars, events, and campaigns to ensure they drive engagement, leads, and pipeline growth.
- Proven ability to go beyond execution by designing growth strategies and automating processes.
- Strong skills in marketing automation, prospecting automation, and experimentation to optimize demand generation efforts.
