Job Description
A Senior Growth Design Manager responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing, visually compelling experiences across multiple channels to drive client and member acquisition, while leading and mentoring a design team to ensure consistency and conversion effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing experiences to drive client and member acquisition across multiple channels
- Execute and optimize best-in-class design experiences
- Manage and mentor a design team
- Ensure visual and brand consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Apply expertise in brand visuals and product design to enhance user engagement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain design standards
Requirements
- Experience in creating high-performing experiences that drive client and member acquisition across multiple channels, including email, website, landing pages, and enrollment onboarding flows.
- Ability to execute and optimize best-in-class experiences in a design role.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.
- Expertise in brand visuals and product design, ensuring that every touchpoint is visually compelling and conversion-driven.
- Ability to ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints spanning several product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency as a hands-on designer with strategic leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of creating visually compelling and conversion-driven designs.
- Experience working across multiple channels and platforms to create cohesive user experiences.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Ability to work remotely and flexible working hours.
