Job Description
A Senior Growth Design Manager responsible for creating and optimizing high-performing, visually compelling experiences across multiple channels to drive client and member acquisition, while leading and mentoring a design team and ensuring consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-performing experiences to drive client and member acquisition across multiple channels
- Execute and optimize best-in-class user experiences
- Manage and mentor a design team
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals and product design across platforms
- Maintain visual and conversion-driven quality of all touchpoints
Requirements
- Experience in creating high-performing experiences that drive client and member acquisition across multiple channels, including email, website, landing pages, and enrollment onboarding flows.
- Ability to execute and optimize best-in-class experiences.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of designers.
- Expertise in brand visuals and product design, ensuring that every touchpoint is both visually compelling and conversion-driven.
- Ability to ensure design consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints spanning several product and engineering teams.
- Proficiency as a hands-on designer with strategic leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of creating experiences that are both visually appealing and optimized for conversion.
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal (implied by visa requirement).
