Job Description

A senior customer success manager responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with health plan clients, ensuring the delivery of AI-driven healthcare solutions and improving patient access and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new health plan customers
  • Manage and grow existing health plan accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with health plan clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
  • Deliver results and optimize customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a range of accounts and building relationships with health plan customers.
  • Ability to onboard, manage, and grow an expanding portfolio of health plan customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Passion for delivering better healthcare to those who need it most.
  • Legal right to work in the United States; no immigration or work visa sponsorship will be provided.
