Job Description
The Senior AI Engineer at Sword Health will focus on transforming internal processes through Generative AI, developing AI-powered tools for various departments, and supporting the company's shift towards an AI-first healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of internal processes using Generative AI.
- Develop and implement AI-powered tools and techniques for various departments.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand departmental workflows and identify AI solutions.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience in developing or implementing Generative AI solutions to transform internal processes within an organization.
- Proficiency in AI-powered tools and techniques relevant to enterprise applications, including working with departments such as Finance, Commercial, and Talent.
- Ability to learn and understand various departmental processes and identify how AI can help them succeed.
- Strong proactive attitude and ability to work in a highly generalist role within a small, early-stage team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with key stakeholders across different verticals at Sword Health.
