A QA Analyst role focused on ensuring the quality and user experience of mental health products at Sword, working closely with cross-functional teams from early development stages to build meaningful, safe, and functional AI-driven healthcare experiences.

Ensure product quality and user experience from early development stages
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and AI teams to build meaningful experiences
Test and validate mobile app, backend systems, and AI-driven experiences to ensure functionality and safety
Requirements
Deeply invested in product quality and user experience, with a desire to be involved from the earliest stages of product development, not just during testing.
Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and AI teams to ensure the development of experiences that are functional and meaningful for members.
Experience working across mobile app, backend systems, and AI-driven experiences as part of a cross-functional team.
Possession of a valid EU visa and being based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
Ability to operate in a remote work environment with flexible working hours, including work from home.
