Job Description
The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of AI healthcare solutions by managing the entire quality lifecycle, identifying and resolving issues, and continuously improving AI performance in real-world healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate the quality of AI Agents throughout the entire lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-deployment.
- Identify issues with AI handling medical scenarios and trace root causes.
- Modify underlying prompt logic to address issues and validate fixes across different contexts.
- Monitor AI performance continuously to detect and prevent new problems.
- Implement solutions to improve AI performance and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or a related role, with the ability to own the complete quality lifecycle from pre-launch validation to continuous post-deployment improvement.
- Strong understanding of AI systems, particularly in identifying issues, implementing solutions, and measuring impact to improve AI performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to AI handling medical scenarios, including modifying prompt logic and validating fixes across different contexts.
- Ability to establish monitoring systems to detect and prevent similar issues in AI agents post-deployment.
- Experience in validating AI solutions in healthcare environments, ensuring compliance with medical and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to strengthening AI performance and quality.
- Ability to trace issues to root causes and modify underlying prompt logic to improve AI handling of medical scenarios.
- Strong communication skills to document issues, solutions, and validation processes clearly and effectively.
- Educational background in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in Greek language, as the role requires Greek-speaking capabilities.
- Experience working with AI or machine learning models in a healthcare setting is preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform detailed analysis and continuous monitoring tasks.
