Job Description
The Operations Strategy Associate will support the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations within the AI Care platform
- Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven healthcare solutions
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Candidates must be able to work remotely and have flexible working hours.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in operations strategy or a related field.
- Candidates must have strong skills in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must be physically able to perform the duties required for the role, including working in an office or remote setting as needed.
