Job Description
A Junior QA Analyst in the Mind team responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and user-friendliness of digital mental health applications and AI features through testing, issue investigation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to ensure apps and AI features are reliable, effective, and user-friendly
- Execute test cases to validate product functionality against technical and clinical expectations
- Investigate issues identified during testing to determine root causes
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement processes for digital health solutions
Requirements
- A background in psychology or a related field with eagerness to grow in the tech space.
- Experience or familiarity with executing test cases, investigating issues, and contributing to continuous quality improvements.
- Ability to collaborate closely with different departments to ensure apps and AI features are reliable, effective, and user-friendly.
- Capability to validate that the product meets both technical and clinical expectations.
- Possession of a valid EU visa and being based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Willingness to work remotely and adhere to flexible working hours.
- Possession of strong communication skills in English, as indicated by the availability of English classes.
