Job Description
A Junior Strategy Operations Associate supporting the design, testing, and improvement of communication workflows and member journeys, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, run experiments, and optimize operational processes within Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of member communication messages and workflows
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests and analyze results
- Assist in scaling effective ideas based on data insights
- Contribute to capacity planning activities to understand demand patterns and ensure operational alignment
- Help optimize processes, communication journeys, and internal workflows within the operations team
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience supporting the design, testing, and continuous improvement of messages and workflows that guide members through their journey.
- Ability to work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work.
- Support capacity planning activities by understanding demand patterns and ensuring operational alignment.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to work with data to drive improvements.
- Experience contributing to pilot initiatives and reimagining communication strategies.
- Ability to combine creativity with analytical thinking in a hands-on, high-impact role.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across teams including Operations, Product, AI, and Clinical Operations.
- Willingness to participate in continuous process improvement and optimize internal workflows.
- Proficiency in English, as indicated by the requirement for an English class (implying fluency or working proficiency).
