Job Description
The Head of Procurement at Sword Health is responsible for managing the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including vendor management, contract renewals, sourcing, and spend analysis, to ensure operational excellence within the company's finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end indirect procurement process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to manage contract renewals
- Understand sourcing needs and conduct spend analyses
- Ensure operational excellence in Procure to Pay operations
Requirements
- Own the indirect procurement function end to end, including managing contract renewals, understanding sourcing needs, conducting spend analyses, and ensuring operational excellence in Procure to Pay operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Sword s growing vendor network to manage procurement activities.
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Demonstrate experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with the ability to handle end-to-end procurement processes.
- Have strong skills in contract management, vendor relationship management, and spend analysis.
- Be detail-oriented and capable of managing procurement operations with a focus on operational excellence.
