Job Description
The Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC) Analyst at Sword Health is responsible for ensuring trust and regulatory compliance by managing security posture, certification lifecycles, and aligning technical security controls with medical device standards, supporting the company's innovative AI healthcare platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface for partners and clients to communicate security posture and enable business growth
- Manage certification lifecycles related to security and compliance standards
- Translate technical security controls into medical device quality standards
- Support new products and initiatives by providing agile security and compliance solutions
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience acting as the primary interface for partners and clients, translating security posture into clear, authoritative responses.
- Ownership of certification lifecycles related to governance, risk, and compliance.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical security controls and medical device quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience supporting new products and initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with agility to pivot quickly as needed.
- Knowledge of security standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks relevant to healthcare and medical devices.
