Job Description
The Expert Technical Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to bring AI medical devices from concept to market, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency in a hybrid remote setting in Portugal.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional programs to bring medical devices from concept to market and through their lifecycle
- Ensure regulatory compliance across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain
- Manage relationships with strategic contract manufacturers
- Drive operational efficiency through digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and oversee program execution across departments
Requirements
- Possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Experience in managing cross-functional programs that bring devices from concept to market and through their complete product lifecycle.
- Ability to ensure regulatory compliance across product development, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and external QARA partners.
- Proven track record in driving program execution and operational efficiency through digital transformation.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in the context of medical hardware products or similar regulated industries.
- Experience managing strategic contract manufacturer relationships.
- Strong coordination skills across multiple departments including Product Development, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.
- Knowledge of regulatory excellence standards relevant to medical hardware or healthcare products.
- Experience in managing programs that involve bringing devices from concept to market and through their complete product lifecycle.
