Job Description
A Product Designer responsible for creating and optimizing the Member Enrollment experience on Sword Health's web platform, focusing on high-impact, data-driven design and experimentation to enhance first interactions with members.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design of the Member Enrollment web flow that shapes first interactions with Sword.
- Develop and iterate on the Enrollment experience through experimentation and data-driven design.
- Create high-impact, high-traffic user interfaces that facilitate member onboarding.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience owning and designing the Member Enrollment experience, specifically the web-based flow that shapes a member’s first interaction with Sword.
- Ability to work on high-impact, high-traffic touchpoints that are constantly evolving through experimentation and data-driven design.
