Job Description
A Product Designer responsible for creating and optimizing the Member Enrollment experience on Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare platform, focusing on high-impact, data-driven, and experimental design to enhance first interactions with members.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and design the Member Enrollment web flow that shapes the first interaction with Sword.
- Conduct experimentation and data-driven design to improve the enrollment experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a high-impact, high-traffic onboarding process.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
- Experience owning and designing the Member Enrollment experience, specifically the web-based flow that shapes a member’s first interaction with Sword.
- Ability to work on high-impact, high-traffic touchpoints that are constantly evolving through experimentation and data-driven design.
