Job Description
An experienced Product Designer will lead the core experience of the Sword Member App, shaping a user-first platform that enhances member engagement and supports millions in their health journey through intuitive design and cohesive features.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the core experience design of the Sword Member App to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Create a cohesive, user-first platform supporting millions of members in their health journeys.
- Design shared features such as chat, profile, and other key solutions within the app.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer leading the core experience of a digital platform or application.
- Proven ability to shape a cohesive, user-first platform that supports millions of users in their health journey.
- Experience in designing features for member engagement and retention within a mobile or web application.
- Ability to lead and influence the design of shared features such as chat, profile, and other core functionalities.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in creating user-centered designs that support accessibility and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to product design (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Experience working on health-related or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
- A portfolio demonstrating relevant experience in designing complex digital products.
- Must be based in Portugal and possess a valid EU visa, as the position does not offer relocation assistance.
- Ability to work remotely with flexible working hours and work from home.
- Physical and mental ability to perform the duties associated with the role, including long periods of computer work.
