Job Description
A Data Operations Engineer supporting the integration and maintenance of healthcare data pipelines to ensure accurate, high-quality data flow for Sword Health's AI-driven healthcare solutions across various health domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain data pipelines to process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely flow of information across data systems.
- Maintain high data quality standards to support products and clients.
- Improve operational processes related to data management and integration.
Requirements
- Support the integration of clients' self-insured employers and health plans into Sword's solutions by preparing, validating, and maintaining data pipelines that can process large volumes of healthcare data.
- Ensure that information flows accurately and on time within data pipelines.
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data that supports Sword's products and clients.
- Focus on maintaining strong data quality standards and improving operational processes related to data management.
- Ensure smooth data integrations across the organization.
- Motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is eager to learn.
- Legal right to work in the United States; immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
- Full-time employment with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
