The Technical Recruiter at Swift Solar is responsible for building and managing the company's technical talent pipeline, conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and supporting People Ops tasks, all within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on advancing innovative solar technology.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the scalable hiring process from sourcing to closing technical talent
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
Organize and maintain the ATS to keep talent pools current and searchable
Develop relationships with trade schools, universities, and referral programs
Manage inbound applications, respond to candidates, and escalate promising profiles
Assist with onboarding new hires and support immigration processes
Requirements
Have 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing.
Demonstrated experience hiring for technical roles, including engineering, hardware, manufacturing, or materials science backgrounds.
Be a skilled relationship-builder who can partner closely with hiring managers, push back on unrealistic expectations, and keep candidates genuinely engaged.
Have a strong process-building mindset and take pride in creating systems that scale, not just filling individual roles.
