• Event Strategy & Budget Management: Define and execute the global event and webinar strategy in collaboration with front office stakeholders and Marketing, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities. Manage the global events budget, ensuring cost-effective planning while maintaining quality and impact.
• Execution & Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of events and webinars, including logistics, venue sourcing, sponsorships, vendor coordination, venue negotiations, booth design, speaker coordination, landing pages, invitations and on-site delivery, ensuring every event is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Speaker Management: Act as the main point of contact across teams, aligning messaging, coordinating staffing and preparing spokespeople for panels, booths, webinars and client-facing moments.
• Branding, Merchandise & Marketing Materials: Ensure STX’s brand is consistently represented across event experiences and materials, including signage, one-pagers, social media assets, merchandise, giveaways and event-specific kits. Own the sourcing, stock management and logistics of global event merchandise.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Oversee lead capture processes with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, ensuring timely follow-up, campaign integration and tracking of booth traffic, lead quality, commercial outcomes and key learnings.
• Cross-Functional Campaign Support: Support broader marketing initiatives, campaigns and team priorities as needed, collaborating with Sales, Strategy, Policy and the wider Marketing team to align global event efforts with local commercial needs.
• +5 years of experience in events or trade show management, with experience in sustainability, energy or finance sectors as an advantage; demonstrated long-term commitment to an event management career path.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages such as Spanish, German or Dutch are a strong plus. C urrently based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Proven experience managing multiple international events simultaneously, with strong project management, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Highly autonomous, detail-oriented and resourceful, with a creative mindset and strong ability to apply experiential marketing and storytelling.
• Strong ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals, and comfortable with international travel, especially during peak seasons.
